Martin's ability to differentiate coaching to each child has been an eye opener for me as to how coaching should be for juniors. Each session reinforces the last but manages to keep the fun in training. I have been forced to come back from holidays early just so my son can attend the MEGA sessions. My son has been involved in academy training and I can honestly say Martin's training is a more complete product.

Martin's energy, passion and enthusiasm captivates the boys, every session is Fun whilst remaining structured and disciplined.

 

My son Ben had never even played in goal 18 months ago, now under Martin's tuition he is developing & improving all the time, has just reached the U12 Middlesex County Cup Final 2008 and is in Queens Park Rangers Development Centre where Martin is also his coach. Having also spent brief periods with Watford & Fulham in the last 12 months, Ben wanted to be training exclusively with Martin as he rates his training as the best!

 

Martin will teach Ben something, then a few weeks later at a critical point in a game, you can see it put into practice, Ben will tell me after the game that Martin taught him that! That's when all the time, effort & expense we all put into our children is worth every penny .
